Yoga baby

I don’t normally add pictures that I take from my cell phone onto our blog but this was a special request. These were taken on my iPhone while were hanging out on our balcony a couple of weekends ago. Jason was showing off his yoga moves and Jasmine decided she wanted to join in.
That is absolutely awesome. A++ for effort and form all around.
Talk about Deja Vu, i am currently doing a project on five Animal Exercises from the Dai-Chi or Qaigong. I give an A++ for effort and form all around!!!
